Best flowers we've had for a long time. No dead or wilted stems. Beautifully arranged and even taken the time to wire softer stems to ensure they did not droop. Flowers lasted well over a week

This was a complicated transaction since I am in South Carolina in the US and the recipient, a cousin, lives in North Wales, plus the transferral of VISA funds for the flowers. I spoke with Tracy with Direct2Florist and Tracy helped to make the process smooth, and Rachael, the lady in Bangor, North Wales, who owns 'Dark Side of the Bloom,' did the rest! Unfortunately, our chosen florist was unable to complete our order as requested BUT Direct2florist immediately arranged another florist and communicated this to us. We appreciate that our request fell right before a weekend and were happy with the alternative arrangements that were offered.

This is a great way to send flowers to my mother-in-law from the US. The arrangement she received were absolutely beautiful! She was impressed and so were we! This is way better than shipping her a gift that she has to pay taxes to receive.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my aunt's 89th birthday from Dawns Flowers in Banbury (the message made it clear it was for a birthday). I have just received an email informing me they were delivered on 1 May. I do hope this was a mistake and she got her flowers on her birthday.
I’ve been ordering flowers for at least the last year through Direct2florist for various seasonal events and picking Nicola’s in Basingstoke each time. I’d not had a problem before, but this Easter what was delivered was not worth the £40 paid, it consisted of six flowers one of which was a sunflower which died the following morning and to compound the issue it took the webteam a week and two emails to offer me a tenner as a good will part refund. I will not be using this service or Nicola’s florist in Basingstoke again, as there is no customer service or redress if there is a problem. I had assumed that picking the florist hand tied option would ensure the best flowers would arrive for the recipient, not a bunch that could have been picked up at a supermarket for a lot less. I also provided photos of the bunch order the month before using the hand tied option and what was delivered in April, which I’d hope would prompt them to offer me a full refund or at least a replacement bouquet. Neither of which happened and I’ve not had another email since I refused the £10 as that would assume the delivery was worth £30, so I’m warning would be customers to use other providers.
This was a short-notice order and the flowers delivered to my mum were beautiful. She was very impressed, and so was I. Thank you.
